Gene Ericksen

Heading the Faculty is Gene Ericksen, an associate professor of managerial economics and decision science, who is a PhD in Management Science, and holds a Bachelor and a Master degree. His research interests embrace a wide spectrum of operations management in general, and service operations and operations strategy in particular. Professor Ericksen is widely known for his study of information sharing models among firms and customers both in service and retail settings. He has also conducted empirical studies to investigate time-based competition in the fast food industry as well as the factors contributing to emergency department overcrowding.

Professor Jean Adams

Professor Jean Adams joined the faculty at the West Wood University in 2009. Prior to this, she was a Research Fellow, and her research interests embrace a wide gamut of theory of the firm, game theory, mechanism design and international relations. Ms Adams’ study of the theory of the firm has been accepted in academic and professional circles as an acknowledged primer on delegation of authority within organizations. Ms Adams’ works also include a study of the pathological effects of peer review on project investment.

David Klugman

David Klugman, Professor of Corporate Ethics and Professor of Political Science and Economics at West Wood, and has been a member of the West Wood University since 2008. A distinguished scholar who has contributed a humongous amount of research studies, Professor Klugman has to his credit over 60 research papers that have been published in leading academic journals and edited volumes, apart from co-authoring two volumes on political theory. Professor Klugman domain expertise is on positive political theory, political economy, social choice and applied game theory.

Susan Watts

Susan Watts has been working at the West Wood University Faculty for more than three years. Susan Watts holds a Bachelor of Science degree in forestry and master and doctoral degrees in forest entomology. She became a Registered Professional Forester in 1991. Ms Watts is noted for her involvement in the collection and analysis of data on forest sector, and updating data on the status of forestry research. In 2005 she co-edited the fifth edition of Foresty Handbook, a curriculum-based text book on forestry.

Dr. Eric Wang

Dr. Eric Wang of Computer and Information Science began his career at West Wood in 2008 after three years as a regular faculty. He holds an undergraduate degree, a Master’s degree and Ph.D. in electrical engineering. Dr Wang went on to diversify his study into Human Modeling and Simulation and the Digital Media Design Program.
